Ambrosus is proud to reveal a seminal accomplishment and an original piece of technology to be used across industries on the Ambrosus Network: The Ambrosus Smart Pallet! As you may know the Innovation Laboratory has been very keen on developing new solutions that allow business professionals to connect everyday objects to the Internet of Things and eventually the Ambrosus Blockchain. The Smart Pallet is such a prototype, that allows for precision tracking in combination with smart containers — an ideal logistics management solution. Such high accuracy is especially vital for products of which real-time monitoring is required.
Importantly, this new and innovative solution is highly customizable on multiple levels: 1) in regards to how a customized “network” of sensors can be configured depending on the items to be tracked, 2) in relation to how and where different sensor hubs are conjoined to allow for (cost-)effective measure points and data uploads, and 3) even with regards to a new and original private PoA consensus algorithm that enables secure and reliable transactions between the pallets themselves. Below, a brief overview is provided about the Ambrosus Smart Pallet, with a link to the much more in-depth report, that is being released for the first time!
The Ambrosus Smart Pallet: The Future of Logistics
The Ambrosus Smart Pallet is a cutting-edge data collection and management solution characterized by its ability to intelligently monitor products on a pallet in communication with the pallet itself, and even between multiple pallets at the same time. More technically, an Ambrosus Gateway is embedded into the center of each pallet while RFID tags or specific temperature sensors are placed on the individual containers. When operable, the sensors or tags monitor the product in question, before sending such a signal to the gateway at the core of the pallet. This data is then ...
