CryptoWars, the game everyone was waiting for, is finally here. After over a year of continuous development, the first fully decentralized strategy game on earth can now be played by anyone and for free!
To test its alpha version publicly, the team at Experimental decided to host the first CryptoWars tournament ever. The one month long event, had already started on December 15th, is now open for registration.
CryptoWars is a fully decentralized strategy game that lets you create and customize your own village, train an army, form alliances, and go to war with your enemies to take control of all realms. The game runs on Loom (over Ethereum) and lets users monetize their strategy.

The Germany-based virtual reality studio, Qwellcode, has teamed up with Decentraland to create Chainbreakers, a blockchain gaming experience powered by smart contracts that rewards players with cryptocurrency through gameplay.
Chainbreakers game assets are contained in NFTs (non-fungible tokens) that are stored on the Ethereum blockchain. This underlying blockchain technology allows players to buy, sell, and trade items on various marketplaces independent of the Chainbreakers ecosystem. This is in contrast to conventional games that rely on centralized servers which usually restrict players from selling their assets outside of the games marketplaces.
