The cat is out of the bag. This past week in our bi-weekly dev update we mentioned our newest district idea: an options swap marketplace and aggregator. This district will utilize the 0x protocol to tokenize various options contracts on the Ethereum blockchain, beginning with Synthetix and Hegic options and adding more protocols in the future. Stay up to date by checking the GitHub repo and/or reading the bi-weekly dev updates, which will detail progress on the options district.

This week on the Dapp Digest, Brady discussed the Twitch based DAO in a more gamified format. After taking feedback the game is shaping up to be a satirical commentary on US politics using existing tools on stream. Participants will be using the loyalty store to vote and redeem a token, dubbed Proof of Vote, which is comparable to receiving an “I voted” sticker. However this Proof of Vote token will be much more functional than a lame sticker. Stay tuned for the next few streams to see this game take shape. If you watched the stream, you will know Brady calls subscribing on Twitch “Paying your taxes”. This will be a function of the game and a satirical take on the whole idea.
