Vote here on ZEIP-24 and ZEIP-39 starting at 9am PST on July 22.
- ZEIP-24 adds support for the recently finalized ERC-1155 token standard, which offers a number of improvements over ERC-20.
- ZEIP-39 (StaticCallAssetProxy) allows 0x orders to include arbitrarily complex sets of conditions that must be satisfied at the time of trade settlement, which is particularly useful when exchanging stateful assets with mutable properties.
- These ZEIPs will be put to vote (ZRX-weighted) on July 22, 2019. The voting period will last until July 29th. If approved, the AssetProxyOwner contract will queue one transaction for each ZEIP that, when executed following a mandatory two week grace period, makes the necessary state changes to the 0x pipeline.

We are excited to announce that ZEIP-24 and ZEIP-39 will be put to vote, starting at 9 AM PST on July 22! The voting period will last one week. Each ZEIP addresses an immediate need for one or more independent teams in the Ethereum ecosystem, expanding the diversity of assets that can be traded via 0x protocol. If approved, the ZEIPs will go into effect on the Ethereum mainnet on August 5th. You can view all ZEIPs here.
The voting mechanism for ZEIP-24 and ZEIP-39 will be centrally-managed: the 0x Core Team will collect cryptographically signed votes off-chain and tally up votes based on a snapshot of ZRX balances at a given block height. This is a temporary coordination mechanism that we are using until we can move to a stake-based governance mechanism that is binding on-chain. ZEIP-24 and ZEIP-39 represent the 2nd and 3rd proposals that will be put to vote by ZRX tokenholders. If interested, you can learn more about the 0x Improvement Proposal (ZEIP) process and roadmap for 2019 here. ...
